How can we help?
After registering, I am unable to sign in to the Avazoo App with my login credentials even though I can sign in to the Avazoo Dashboard. How can I sign in to the App? OR I am unable to login to the Avazoo App as it keeps saying I have an incorrect email or password, but when I use the same credentials on the dashboard I am able to login.
This is a bug we are aware of at the moment. Please sign out of both the Avazoo Dashboard and the Avazoo App and perform a password reset here: https://dashboard.avazoo.com/password/reset. This should fix the issue, but please reach out to us if you are still having this problem and we will be happy to look into this.
