Where do we upload photos for NFT personalization? I don‘t see where in dashboard or instruction on CRC.

HELP! I’ve discovered what may be the technical issue why I cannot see where/how to upload my photos for NFT personalization through my dashboard. While I am a VIP and have a VIP code and satisfied requirements, there was confusion when I was first signing up and had to have tech help to clear up “player” vs “VIP.” Yet in my dashboard, when I go to “profile,” I see the URL as: https://dashboard.avazoo.com/players/profile/10554

Please help correct this for VIP (not “players”) so I can personalize my NFT and ensure I have access to all the VIP tools. THANK YOU!
