How to submit a Customer Support Ticket

In this video we show you how to submit a Customer Support Ticket in case you are having any issues during the registration process.

We have also explained a couple of the more common issues people may be having so that they can try to troubleshoot and fix it on their own without having to submit a support ticket.

There is now a green “Help” tab on every registration page to click on and submit a support ticket if you need help with completing your registration.

This video also introduces Avazoo’s Communication Resource Center, or CRC for short, which is a unique social environment all about Avazoo created for you, our loyal members!

We encourage you to visit our Avazoo Communication Resource Center, (CRC), by visiting and clicking on the first blue tab entitled “Avazoo CRC, Be in the Know.”

Then, just log in using your Avazoo credentials you created during your registration process. The CRC is Avazoo’s own social environment where members from around the world can connect with each other, post questions, answer other member’s questions, and work together as a community.
