WordPress Ninja (Not WordPress Newbie) Web Designer (UI/UX/CRO Skills a must)

We’re looking for a web designer (bonus points if you’re a developer) who has solid experience in UI/UX and CRO (If you had to Google “CRO”, please don’t apply). (If you have other skills such as Buddy Boss, BuddyPress, Elementor, SEO, content writing, or playing the banjo, let’s hear about those skills too… everything helps! Even the banjo.) We have several websites and landing pages that need to be revamped, optimized, and converting. If you have solid design sense (you can actually design awesome, aesthetically pleasing without having to rip off other people’s designs or using templates) and know Divi, please apply. To anyone applying, please include a link to your GitHub (or whatever) if you have one and your portfolio/links to sites that YOU designed from scratch or at least had significant input in. We are fast paced and are seeking someone dependable, professional, efficient, trustworthy, hardworking, and ready to embark on a career/life changing decision. (No exaggeration… wait until we tell you what’s going on.) You need to be willing to work with us full-time and during U.S. hours. (This is somewhat negotiable for the right person.) In order to even have your application consider, be sure to talk about how good or bad lemons taste to you. If you don’t, we’ll skip your application… we only want people who are detail oriented, thorough, and serious about working for us full-time.
