Help Desk Agent/Player Support
Job description
We are looking for a Help Desk Agent that has a passion for helping others. Avazoo is the Home of the Billion Dollar Raffle and The World’s Greatest Fundraiser for Charitable Causes. Avazoo is a growing worldwide company with a rapidly-changing work environment. Due to this, this role’s key responsibilities can change from day-to-day. This position is remote.
Responsibilities
-Assist new and existing Avazoo Players with all types of customer technical support.
-Respond to new and open tickets coming into Avazoo’s Help Desk using Freshdesk in a timely manner.
-Respond to tickets by email and phone.
-Follow up with previous tickets.
-Attend required meetings by Zoom.
Qualifications
-Must have a passion for solving problems in a rapidly-changing work environment.
-Must have previous experience in the Help Desk/Customer Service role.
-Must have a reliable desktop or laptop device with stable internet connection, video/webcam, microphone and headphone capability.
-Smartphone with WhatsApp capability for work communication.
-Must be bilingual with the ability to speak English.
This opportunity is a full-time, permanent independent contractor position, after a 3-month probationary period. We are looking to hire right away as we have a project that we need immediate help on with a tight deadline. Please include your CV and a link to your portfolio.
