How does Avazoo decide the winners?

We are using an independent company which is the same company that verifies the PowerBall and Mega Millions. Players’ details will be sent to them 10 days before the drawing and each email will be assigned a unique raffle number which will go through a randomized computer generated system to pull winners.  1 in every 3 tickets will be chosen on day one, followed by 3 Days of Random Electronic Drawings for higher prizes which will be conducted by Celebrities, Ambassadors, and Influencers on stage to push the button. Verified Players and Winners will then be announced. The last 2 Days will be for the Million Dollar winners and for the Grand Prize One Billion Dollar Winner. 

They must Accept News/TV Coverage & Education Seminars to be determined by Avazoo’s corporate offices.

Next I have noticed there are some countries that are restricted and citizens of those countries are not allowed to purchase raffle tickets. Will that change in the future to where all countries will be allowed to purchase tickets?
