Ralf, if you have logged into this Avazoo CRC site, which
obviously you have asked the question.
These are the same credentials as what you need to sign in
to your app or into your dashboard.
Therefore, I am confused and not sure what to tell you. However,
if you go back to the app and do a password reset, as long as you’re using the
correct username what is the email you used when you signed up, then you will
be able to reset your password.
This has nothing to do with the office if it is closed or
not, you will always be able to do a password reset.
But again, it does not make sense as you have logged into
this CRC account with your initial sign-up credentials. The app, the dashboard
and the CRC are all the same credentials.
Please try again to make sure you put in the accurate
information.
